Church Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel of Libin

Until the beginning of the 17th century, Libin, or rather Les Libins, was dependent on Villance. At that time they became one parish. The first church was razed to the ground in the 19th century. The church was built next to the original site. Bishop Gravez of Namur consecrated the new building on 27 October 1873. Even today, in the middle of the village, it is a link between "le Haut" and "le Bas".(Source : P. Moline, abbé / Maison du Tourisme du Pays de la Haute-Lesse)
