The Pierrot roundabout

The famous Pierrot from Spa Monopole now welcomes visitors at the roundabout at the bottom of the Balmoral descent. He dresses up in the costumes of the most illustrious visitors passing through the water city. He also transforms into a fountain, spitting out Spa water, with different light effects to suit the seasons or current events.
