SPA 06 - Promenade Meyerbeer (green rectangle)
Start: Source de la Géronstère
Marking: Green rectangle
This walk was named after a 19th century opera composer who was famous in his time and who frequently stayed in Spa. It was in Spa that he found the inspiration for his first major work, "Robert le Diable". A lover of the open air and nature, he was often seen riding a donkey. The path runs along the edge of the stream, passing from one side to the other by wooden or stone footbridges.
