This magnificent walk takes you in the footsteps of a duchess. In 1787, the Duchess of Orleans (born Marie-Adélaïde de Bourbon) was ill and went to Spa with her entire family to take the waters. After a regular course of mineral water treatment at the Sauvenière fountain, her health was restored. To celebrate this recovery, her children had a small cylindrical monument erected near the famous spring.
